The two Houston Police officers involved in a shooting near a Greyhound bus station in downtown on Saturday are recovering from the shooting that was caused by a suicidal subject.
Officer Fernando Meza, a two-year officer, was working an off-duty job at the station when he noticed a man with a weapon in his bag trying to buy a ticket. Officer Meza and Officer Timothy Moore, a 12-year veteran, both confronted and exchanged fire with the man, who had two guns.
