El Paso County (Colo.) Sheriff's deputies have apprehended one of the two white supremacist gang members connected to the killing of Tom Clements, the state's prisons chief.

James Lohr, 47, was arrested early Friday morning and is being held on misdemeanor warrants. Authorities continue to search for James Guolee, 31. Both men are members of the 211 Crew and made contact with Evan Ebel prior to Clements' killing, reports the Denver Post.

Ebel, 28, is suspected of gunning down Clements at his Monument home and killing pizza delivery man Nathan Leon. Ebel contacted Lohr and Guolee following his early release from prison on Jan. 28.
