Maryland Mall Reopens, Still No Motive for Shooting

Howard County Police Chief Bill McMahon said his officers are working to uncover a motive in the shooting. He said he imagines workers will feel safer if it turns out that the shooter and victims knew one another, rather than the attack being random.
