California Deputy Fires at Subject During Traffic Stop

The deputies stopped 24-year-old Johnny Angel Ochoa, who was wanted on child endangerment and vandalism charges in Bay Point. After Ochoa gave the deputies a false name, he tried to speed away. One of the deputies had attempted to yank the keys out of the ignition of the vehicle, which struck the second deputy.
