St. Louis Officer Pulled From Patrol After Filmed 'Beating'

 

The St. Louis Police Department is investigating one of its officers captured on video striking a man with a retractable baton, using pepper spray and handcuffing the man, yet failing to file a police report.

Officer Dustin Ries, 37, was taken off the streets on Tuesday, while the department investigates the matter, reports the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
