A New Mexico police officer's cruiser was struck by an alleged drunk driver during a high-speed pursuit that was all captured on another officer's dash cam.

The Espanola (N.M.) PD joined a pursuit of suspect Steven Trujillo's Nissan Maxima that was initiated by tribal units. The chase began at about 4 p.m. on Monday near the Ohkay Owingeh pueblo.
The footage shows Trujilo driving erratically, dodging traffic, and slamming on his brakes apparently attempting to bait officers into striking him.
According to reports, Trujillo's car slid into the oncoming lane and T-boned a law enforcement vehicle as the officer was trying to get out of the way.
The police say they found an ignition interlock system in the suspect's car.
