A Tulane University Police officer was injured in a bicycle collision Wednesday morning while trying to arrest an alleged iPod thief, reports The Times-Picayune .
Officer Bobby Magee confronted the suspect, 28-year-old Edwin Murillo, near Calhoun and Freret streets. The officer pursued Murillo, both men on their cycles, and eventually collided with the suspect.
