A Jefferson County (N.Y.) Sheriff's deputy claims in a $50 million lawsuit that a male detective took topless photos of her for an investigation and can no longer find the photos.
Deputy Krystal Rice filed the lawsuit against the sheriff's department, Sheriff John P. Burns, Lt. Michael S. Peterson and Detective Steven C. Cote, claiming she was exploited by Cote when he allegedly took her to a secluded location in 2006 and photographed her "in little or no clothing" without another female officer present, reports the Watertown Daily Times.
At the time, Cote said the photos were needed for an online pedophile investigation and Deputy Rice would pose as a 15-year-old girl.
