Charleston County Sheriff's deputies punched driver Timothy McManus following the Jan. 30 pursuit in which vehicles reached speeds of 120 mph and deputies attempted to shoot out the tires of McManus' black pickup truck.
During the confrontation, deputies pulled McManus out of the truck and began punching him. He suffers about five blows from closed fists as he goes to the ground. A police dog participates in the apprehension and can be seen biting McManus.
