VIDEO: Wedding Brawl In Philly
A raucous brawl between attendees of two weddings left one dead and three in handcuffs Sunday, as at least a half dozen Philadelphia Police officers were needed to defuse the situation.
The brawl began around 2 a.m. Sunday at the Sheraton Society Hill hotel bar, when guests in a wedding reception at the hotel went to the hotel bar and began fighting among themselves, reports the Philadelphia Daily News.
People who had attended a wedding at another venue and were staying at the Sheraton began fighting with the first group of guests.
"There was an issue with a lot of alcohol fueling the fights," police spokesman Lt. Ray Evers told the Daily News.
A 57-year-old wedding guest, who was one bride's uncle, suffered a heart attack during the fighting and died.
