A Texas police officer arranged for officers to pull over his girlfriend so he could propose.

Officer Gregory Parris of the Galveston (Texas) Police Department watched from his squad car as another officer turned on his siren and pulled over his girlfriend, USA Today reports.

When Sara Wolff looked up, she knew she was getting pulled over, but didn't know why.

A patrol car video shows the officer walk to her window and tell her she has a broken tail light and outstanding warrants. Wolff is asked to get out of the car.

Parris then drives up and walks toward his shocked girlfriend. Wolff realizes what's happening as Parris gets down on one knee.
