New York State Senator Michael Venditto (R, C, I- Massapequa) voted this week on legislation (S.5598) that would establish the new crime of inciting violence against a police officer, according to a press release from the New York State Senate.
"Our communities have recently seen an unfortunate increase of crimes being committed against our brave men and women who put their life on the line every day, by protecting us," said Senator Venditto.
