A Florida sheriff's office used the Valentine's Holiday to have a little fun with individuals wanted for arrest, saying "Valentine's Day is the perfect day to turn yourself in."
The Martin County (FL) Sheriff's Office posted an image on Facebook of five deputies collectively holding a bouquet of flowers, a heart-shaped balloon, and five boxes of Valentines chocolates, saying, "Our Warrants team is waiting for you with open cuffs. Don’t play hard to get, because they’re in it for the long haul and are truly committed to capturing your heart!"
The early sparks of romance may have been unintentionally ignited, as one of the comments below the image said, "I don't currently have a warrant. But based off this picture, I'd kind of like to have one."
Another woman posted, "Someone told me about badge bunnies. I thought they were exaggerating until seeing this post. Lol."
