Allegedly Intoxicated Virginia Man Accused of Impersonating Police Officer

A 47-year-old Virginia man—identified as William Morgan—has been accused of impersonating a police officer.

An officer noticed that a white Crown Vic with blue lights was positioned behind another car alongside a road and concluded that it was not a legitimate police vehicle.

According to WTKR-TV , the officer pulled up on the stop, confronted the man pretending to be an officer, and effected the arrest.

Morgan was arrested for DUI, having a gun while under the influence, and pretending to be a cop. Morgan went in front of a judge Thursday.
