An officer with the Fall River (WI) Police Department reportedly posed as a 15-year-old girl in an online forum and subsequently arrested a 57-year-old man after the subject made sexual overtures.

Police documents indicate that Dale Konkol replied and engaged in an explicit conversation and sought to meet the "girl" in a local park.

Konkol faces 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines if convicted of the charge.

According to WisconsinNews.com , Officer Robin Messer posed as a young girl on a classifieds website as part of an undercover operation late last week. He posted an ad on the website with the subject line "First time on here."
