A naked woman stole a Chicago police squad car and then hit an officer Monday morning, CPD Superintendent David Brown said.
Cell phone video shows a Chicago police officer on the ground waiting for an ambulance to arrive after police say he was run over by his own squad car after a woman reportedly stole it from him, ABC7 says.
A witness said the officer had stopped to help the woman who was lying in the street.
Police say the suspect was arrested and taken for a psychological evaluation.
The officer suffered a laceration to his head and injuries to his legs.
