The event will be hosted by Sheriff Chris Blair and the Marion County Sheriff's Office in Ocala, Florida.

As inmate populations throughout the world grow more violent and well-organized, US C-SOG has repeatedly proven its ability to provide intensive, realistic and highly customized training for correctional emergency response and special operations teams in the U.S. and internationally.

Teams from across the nation will be invited to attend and participate in this unmatched opportunity. The host venue boasts a 21st Century modern correctional facility with a world class obstacle course, shooting range and K-9 facilities.

There will be a relevant vendor expo, an intensive unit challenge competition, as well as CSO training classes, workshops and exciting guest speakers.

The 2016 Corrections Special Operations Conference, Expo and Unit Challenge is scheduled to take place May 1­–4, 2016, corresponding with Correctional Officer Appreciation week. Pre-Registration begins September 1st.
