Trijicon will present a class on handgun reflex (red dot) sights through the Law Enforcement Education Program (LEEP) at SHOT Show later this month in Las Vegas.
The class titled "Using Reflex Sights on LE Handguns" is scheduled for 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Tuesday Jan. 21 and Wednesday Jan. 22 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Marcello 4404 room in the Sands Convention Center.

The Trijicon presentation covers how red dot sights work and why their application on handguns will provide a "quantum leap" for individual officers and their agencies in the areas of training, liability and officer survival, the company says.
Instructor for the class is retired Marine infantry officer and currently serving Stafford County (VA) Sheriff’s Deputy Frank Martello. Deputy Martello is a SWAT Team operator/sniper, patrol deputy, range master, and first sergeant of training. He is also an NRA law enforcement firearms instructor.
