Dozens of marchers took to the streets of Seattle Friday to protest a King County prosecutor's decision not to file charges against Officer Ian Birk, who fatally shot woodcarver John T. Williams.
The crowd chanted, "No justice, no peace! No racist police!" and marched for three hours. Protesters threw water bottles at a police barricade and vandalized police vehicles. Officers used pepper spray on the crowd, reports KOMO News.
