Dozens of marchers took to the streets of Seattle Friday to protest a King County prosecutor's decision not to file charges against Officer Ian Birk , who fatally shot woodcarver John T. Williams .

In an incident that is still under investigation, an arson fire was set in the front of a Seattle Police community station Friday evening. Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze that was caused by a flammable liquid accellerant, reports KOMO News .
