The Philadelphia Police Department's SWAT unit ended a stand-off Wednesday morning with a suspect who had shot two officers and a third earlier this month, reports MyFoxPhilly.
The incident began at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, when the agency's SWAT unit responded to the Sanger Street home with 20-year-old Nasuil Martinez, who was wanted in connection with the Dec. 9 shooting of another officer.
