A Cohasset, MA, police officer died Friday after collapsing on duty.
Officer Mark Jenkins. Mark was assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division and worked as a police computer forensics expert for the department and the United States Coast Guard Investigative Service.
"Mark collapsed while with coworkers late Friday afternoon," Chief William Quigley wrote on Facebook . "CPR and life-saving measures were unsuccessful."
The chief added: "While our hearts are filled with sorrow, they are also filled with love, as we help Mark’s wife and children with final arrangements. Please say a prayer for the Jenkins family."
