The Salt Lake City business provides software solutions such as Records and Resource Management, CAD, Mobile Communications, Corrections Management, Fire and EMS Management, and Data Sharing for over 800 public safety agencies in the U.S. Spillman was also one of 272 software companies and 81 companies from Utah to make Inc.'s 2010 list.
