On Wednesday, 35-year-old Christina Massie, of Boise, pleaded guilty to possessing two sawed-off shotguns. It is a violation of federal gun laws to have a shotgun less than 18 inches in length. She had previously convicted of the felony crime of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
If convicted, Massie faces up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and up to three years of supervised release.
