Feds Bust BGF Heroin Ring at Baltimore Outreach Center

Federal authorities have indicted 13 employees of a West Baltimore community center who apparently operated a front for gang activities that including distributing heroin, the Baltimore Sun reports.

The employees are suspected of operating the center to extend the influence of the Black Guerrilla Family .

While working with youth, Todd Duncan was also dealing heroin, conducting gang "trials" and meting out punishment from an East Baltimore rowhouse, authorities say.
