California Sheriff's Office Releases Thanksgiving Video Starring K-9s
A video by the Placer County (CA) Sheriff's Office of several of its K-9s dressed in human clothing—with the animals' handlers using hand gestures to anthropomorphize the dogs as human attendees at a Thanksgiving holiday dinner—has gone viral.

The agency said in the Facebook post, "Thanksgiving is a time to spend with family and friends, enjoy delicious foods and wear stretchy pants. If you find yourself stuck in that awkward conversation with a relative you only see once a year, we suggest you show them Placer County Sheriff's K'9 Thanksgiving Day video."
The post concluded, "We hope you have some good laughs!"
