A 23-year-old man with no permanent address is suspected of setting fire to a regional shopping center in Northern California and and barricading himself in the center, according to the Roseville (Calif.) Police Department .
Alexander Piggee has been booked into the Placer County Jail on suspicion of arson (willfully and maliciously setting a fire), arson under conditions likely to cause great bodily injury and causing damages and losses in excess of $6.5 million, burglary (entering a building with the intent to commit a felony), and making criminal threats.
