Jorge Bucioperez was arrested after biting the K-9, named Blaze, the Corning Police Department reported on Facebook .
Police said Bucioperez led officers on a chase that reached 75 mph after he ran a stop sign in Corning.
Bucioperez, who was driving on a suspended license, was under the influence of alcohol and had methamphetamine in the vehicle, according to authorities.
