Advanced Technology International has introduced the Halo Side Saddle system that allows the user to mount up to nine shells on Mossberg 500 or 590 shotguns.
The Halo Side Saddle mounts to the top of the receiver using the existing screw holes. It uses a feature ATI calls "add-a-shell," an attachment that mounts to the side saddle and allows the user to customize shell storage.
The Halo Side Saddle system ships with six or nine add-a-shells. A six-inch Picatinny top rail enables the mounting of an optic.
The Halo Side Saddle, Picatinny top rail, and add-a-shell attachments are CNC machined from military Type III anodized 6061 T6 aluminum.
The Halo Side Saddle will ship to select stores beginning this month.
