New Jersey's High Court Says Dash Camera Footage Not Public Records
In a close 4-3 ruling, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled on Monday that the public has no right under state law to review police dash-cam videos to determine if a police officer acted properly during a high-speed chase or if the officer was justified in using non-lethal force to subdue a suspect.

Owner's Claim That Arizona Deputy Unnecessarily Shot Her Dog Refuted by Video
MCSO says the pet dog called Chevy attacked Tarzan and inflicted a number of injuries. The deputy tried to separate the two dogs but after that failed, he shot and killed Chevy. "MCSO K-9 Tarzan sustained injuries to his face and chest to include a broken tooth," the statement reads.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross said that Officer Jaison Potts suffered "very serious" facial injuries, including a broken jaw, and may have artery damage. Commissioner Ross said that despite the critical nature of his injuries, the 20-year veteran officer is expected to survive.
