Blackhawk announced this week that it is now selling a SERPA duty holster for the TASER X-26. The cross draw design and rock-forward draw vs. the traditional SERPA holster straight-draw, help prevent the wearer from confusing weapons under stress and the holster is designed to automatically engage the safety when re-holstering the TASER. The holster bottom is configured to block the TASER probes in case of activation while still in the holster and also stabilizes the TASER X-26 with an optional camera unit attached. The trigger and trigger guard are completely enclosed while the TASER is holstered.
The new TASER X-26 SERPA holster design incorporates Blackhawk’s patent-pending Mod-U-Lock Belt Loop, so officers can exchange the TASER holster between shifts without having to remove other items from the duty belt. The Mod-U-Lock fits most duty belts. The TASER X-26 SERPA also mounts to all of the other available SERPA platforms including the MOLLE platform, Tactical Leg Platform, and the SERPA Shoulder Harness.
The SERPA duty holster for the TASER X-26 is available in a matte black finish, basketweave or in a plain black to match most duty gear. Made in the United States, the plain black and basketweave models retail for $59.99, and the matte black retails for $49.99.
