At the SHOT Show, I got my first glimpse of A-TACS camouflage. Now the pattern is finally available. The first companies to offer A-TACS for weapons are Remington, Bushmaster, and DPMS. They will soon have stocks out to retrofit your 870 so you can give it a new look and have it match your uniform and other A-TACS gear. Safariland has now also announced that it will sell weapons accessories with the A-TACS pattern.
Should you want to have other weapons done in A-TACS, I'd suggest CRC Hydrographics. This operation does a first-class job of applying hydrographic transfers to complete weapons, knives, Kydex-type duty gear, and even vehicle parts. These transfers are tough as nails and have been used by firearms and archery companies for nearly a decade. They hold up to the toughest use in the worst climates.
Applying the A-TACS pattern to your weapons will allow them to better blend into nearly any environment, just as you will when wearing the A-TACS pattern.
