Ford Reopens Order Bank for Electric Mustang SUV

Ford has reopened U.S. order banks for the Mustang Mach-E with updated pricing and features as it continues to increase production for the all-electric SUV, which some agencies are considering for police patrol duty.
Last September, Ford sent a police-marked version of the Mustang Mach-E to the Michigan State Police Vehicle Evaluations. It achieved the fastest 0-60 mph and 0-100 mph at 4.03 seconds and 11.94 seconds.

According to a release, "Ford is adjusting the MSRP on the Mustang Mach-E due to material cost increases, continued strain on key supply chains, and rapidly evolving market conditions, and will continue to monitor pricing across the model year."
The adjusted MSRP went into effect for new orders placed on Tuesday. Customers who have existing, unscheduled 2022 Model Year orders will receive a private offer to convert to a 2023 Model Year.
