Image Sensing Systems Releases New Mobile LPR Camera, Partners with MAV Systems

Image Sensing Systems has released its new compact license plate recognition (LPR) camera, Autoscope Pn-120, released in partnership with MAV Systems.

Image Sensing Systems, Inc. has released its new compact license plate recognition (LPR) camera, Autoscope Pn-120.

Released in partnership with MAV Systems Ltd, the Autoscope Pn-120 uses high-grade zoom camera technology as part of an even more comprehensive range of LPR solutions for Image Sensing Systems' customers.

The Autoscope Pn-120 is a compact, high-performance LPR camera that is designed for mobile and special purpose applications. Compact and easy to install, the Pn-120 incorporates zoom technology, infrared pulsed LEDs within a rugged hermetically sealed enclosure, to provide recognition accuracy and reliability.

"Partnering with MAV Systems expands the breadth of Image Sensing Systems' capabilities. The marriage of their high-quality cameras with our world-renowned plate recognition engine provides a superior level of quality and performance for partners and end users," says Keith Hofkens, Global Product Manager for Image Sensing Systems. When coupled with Image Sensing Systems' license plate recognition software, the Autoscope Pn-120 is designed to provide a complete solution for the law enforcement, security, and parking sectors.
