Attleboro, MA, police are turning to Twitter to clear outstanding warrants, reports WCVB.
"We decided to post all of the wanted persons by the Attleboro Police Department on Twitter," Chief Kyle Heagney said.
Heagney tweeted out the names of more than 200 wanted people Wednesday.
"It would be a little inconvenient for them to get stopped for a traffic offense to find out that they had a warrant issued against them," he said.
It doesn't replace old-fashioned police techniques, but it may help.
