The Wounded Blue nonprofit will host its 5th Annual National Law Enforcement Survival Summit in Las Vegas from September 22–25, 2025. The four-day event is focused on officer wellness and resilience, providing training in emotional, physical, financial, and career survival.
Support for Injured Officers
Morgan Langley, executive producer of COPS, and an anonymous donor are covering costs for any officer injured in the line of duty or dealing with PTSD/PTSI to attend the Summit with their spouse at no charge.
“For more than three decades we’ve worked with officers across the nation and seen the impact of both physical and emotional injuries,” Langley said.
Lt. Randy Sutton (Ret.), founder of The Wounded Blue, added that the event is about ensuring officers know they are not alone. “We’re bringing together the best in officer wellness so attendees leave empowered to survive the job and thrive beyond it,” Sutton said.

Lt. Randy Sutton (Ret.), founder of The Wounded Blue, and author of Rescuing 911: The Fight for America’s Safety, continues his mission to advocate for and support law enforcement officers across the nation.
