The Alvarado (Texas) Police Department has successfully deployed the digiTicket digital citation solution from Saltus Technologies, according to the company.
The department, which polices a suburb of Baton Rouge, chose digiTicket because of its "superior user experience, ease of use, and Saltus' reputation for outstanding customer service," according to the company.
Saltus Technologies will integrate its digiTicket e-Citation Solution into PTS Solutions' public safety software to enable law enforcement personnel to quickly create electronic citations in the field and upload the information directly to an agency's PTS Records Management System (RMS).
