Dash-cam footage shows two Nebraska deputies installing two brand new child safety seats in an SUV at a traffic stop.Deputy Jason Jones had pulled over the vehicle for speeding when he noticed that the two children in the back seat were not in proper safety seats. He radioed for help, and soon thereafter, Deputy Jessica Manning arrived at the scene, with two newly purchased child safety seats.
