Ore. Cop Shot In Face Returns To Duty
Officer Steven Dodds has been rehabilitating himself since Jan. 23, when he pulled over a 1984 Dodge Ram owned by David Durham of Portland. Dodds, who returned to the job on Monday, is assisting with the Detectives Unit and is expected to return to full duty.
