Louisiana Officer Lost Control of Cruiser After Hitting Bicycle
Officer Russell A. George was traveling south on U.S. 165 around 2:50 a.m. Sunday. After striking a bicycle that was on the pavement in an inside lane, Officer George lost control of his vehicle, which began spinning and then veered off the right side of the highway.
