Philadelphia Officer Shot While Serving Warrant in Critical Condition
Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross said that Officer Jaison Potts suffered "very serious" facial injuries, including a broken jaw, and may have artery damage. Commissioner Ross said that despite the critical nature of his injuries, the 20-year veteran officer is expected to survive.

Ptacek, a member of the Lorain County SWAT team, was shot during a standoff May 31 in Sheffield Lake. The SWAT team and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force were attempting to serve a felony arrest warrant.
