Arkansas Prosecutor Calls TASER Axon Technology 'Quantum Leap'

Cpl. Brandon Davis of the Fort Smith (Ark.) PD was wearing the TASER Axon on-officer recorder November 11th when he shot and killed 41-year-old Eric Berry. Berry refused to drop a handgun he aimed at officers. The video was a key piece of evidence used to clear Davis in the case. This is a first for law enforcement in Arkansas, if not the nation.

TASER International’s 100th Lawsuit Dismissal Won on Summary Judgment

The company announced that on Nov. 20, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California entered an order and judgment for TASER in the arrest-related-death lawsuit titled Rosa v. TASER International, et al., granting TASER's motion for summary judgment.
