A suspect tried to escape Fall River, Massachusetts, Police officers Tuesday night by hiding in a chimney. He got stuck and had to be rescued.

Police say 33-year-old Robert Langlais, tried to hide inside the chimney and got stuck. Body camera video from police shows Langlais stuck inside the chimney as first responders worked to rescue him, CBS reports.
Seeing Langlais inside the chimney one of the officers told the man, “You’re an idiot.”
The Fall River Fire Department and Fall River Emergency Medical Services removed bricks from the fireplace inside the home to free Langlais.
Langlais was taken into custody. "Due to his Santa-antics, Langlais was transported to a local hospital out of precaution and medically cleared," police said in a statement.
