A Dayton (Ohio) Police officer has thanked a good Samaritan who helped him gain control of a combative subject who was attacking the officer, reports ABC News.
The dashboard camera captured the traffic stop involving Officer Jonathan Seiter, who pulled over 64-year-old Otto Coleman for a burned-out headlight.
After Coleman began resisting and assaulting the officer while outside the vehicle, a passing motorist pulled over, exited her vehicle and began striking Coleman in the head until Seiter could control the man.
