N.Y. Deputies Serving Trespass Warrant Rammed with Farm Tractor

Vincent M. Cristaldi was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, one count of assaulting a police officer and one count of third-degree criminal mischief, all felonies; as well as one count of resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.

A 67-year-old New York man rammed the patrol car of two Washington County (N.Y.) Sheriff's deputies attempting to serve a warrant in Greenwich, using a farm tractor with hay bale and wagon.

Vincent M. Cristaldi was charged with two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, one count of assaulting a police officer and one count of third-degree criminal mischief, all felonies; as well as one count of resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.

The incident occurred at about 2:45 p.m. Sunday. The warrant was for trespass and harassment.
