San Diego Sgt. Pleads Guilty of Stalking Fellow Officer
A San Diego Police sergeant pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors relating to the stalking of fellow officer, which could allow him to keep his job and continue to carry a firearm.
A San Diego Police sergeant pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors relating to the stalking of a fellow officer, which could allow him to keep his job and continue to carry a firearm.
Sgt. Kenneth Davis, 48, was sentenced to three years of probation. He also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of making harassing phone calls. Davis must now take an anti-stalking class, complete 10 days of work service, and pay restitution.
The victim was a fellow officer who broke off the relationship with him in early 2010. Sgt. Davis continued to contact his former girlfriend, even after co-workers warned him to stop.
