A Montgomery County, Md., emergency dispatcher could be heard snoring while a frantic woman tried to get help with her husband who was turning blue, reports NBC News.
Just after midnight on April 4, the woman called 911 and was connected to the dispatcher. Only snores were returned to the woman's hellos. A county assistant fire chief confirmed the snoring dispatcher was 17 hours into a 24-hour shift.
