An NYPD sergeant was captured on cellphone video threatening a group of men in Bensonhurst, while at the same time condoning criminal activity, reports the New York Post.
In the clip of the April 28 rant, Sgt. Lesly Charles spews a series of x-rated insults directed mostly at a young man he spotted near an illegally parked silver BMW.
Sgt. Charles followed the men into a Chinese restaurant with two plainclothes officers, where he said, "You guys are hustling or whatever, I ain't got no problem with that. Listen . . . do your thing."
He added, "I'll take my gun and put it up your a** and then I'll call your mother afterwards. You understand that?"
