The patrol-car video from the arrest of an intoxicated Reese Witherspoon shows the Oscar winner slurring her speech and telling the officer he would "find out who I am."
The leaked video, posted by TMZ, shows Witherspoon approach the officer who had just arrested her husband Jim Toth. Witherspoon tells the officer she is an American citizen and ignores his command that she remain in the vehicle.
The officer then arrests Witherspoon who briefly resists and asks, "Do you know my name?" The officer tells Witherspoon he doesn't need to know her name and she answers, "You're about to find out who I am."
The officer then informs Witherspoon that she's obstructing his investigation.
Following the incident, Witherspoon apologized for her behavior, saying she was "deeply embarrassed" by the incident.
