Maricopa County, AZ, Sheriff Joe Arpaio shared on his Facebook page a video that he said shows a corrections officer saving a suicidal inmate's life.

"Commending one of my female detention officers for risking her own life to save the life of an inmate in my jail who attempted to commit suicide a few nights ago. My officer did a wonderful job in this very difficult situation and I am proud of her! See the video below," Arpaio said in his post.
