A New Jersey man faces felony charges after having posted an image of a police officer talking with a person who had allegedly threatened him at a Black Lives Matter demonstration in June.
According to the Washington Post, the man—identified as Kevin Alfaro took a picture of the officer speaking with the individual who Alfaro alleges had threatened him during the protest, and posted the image on Twitter with the caption, "If anyone knows who this b---- is throw his info under this tweet."
Alfaro—and four others who "retweeted" the post—have been charged with cyber harassment, a fourth-degree felony that carries up to 18 months in jail and a $10,000 fine.
